Book a Class
Booking instructions
-Choose how many classes you want to buy from:
- Assessment (recommended option if it’s your first time with us)
- 1 Class
- 5 Class Pack
- 10 Class Pack
-Click on the “Calendar A” and “Calendar B” buttons to view the available time slots on your screen.
-From the selected calendar (A or B), pick a date and time that suits your schedule and press “next“.
-Enter your details: Name and Email.
-Choose the Class Type so we can pair you with the perfect teacher:
- Conversation Class
- Exam Preparation
- General English
-You can also add your phone number to receive reminders of your scheduled class. If not, you will receive them on your email.
-Complete your payment details and press “schedule event”.
-You will see the confirmation on the screen and you will be sent a calendar invitation with the Zomm link to acces the class and a receipt to your email address.
-If you are booking an “Assesment” or “1 Class” that is all you need to do so “Enjoy your Class“.
-If you are booking a “5 Class Pack” or “10 Class Pack” go to the Step 3.
-If you book a “5 Class Pack” or a “10 Class Pack” you will pay the entire amount upfront.
–After you book the first class you will see a link at the bottom of the confirmation screen to book the next class (ex: -> Class 2 of 10). Press the link and you will be sent to the calendar to book the next class.
-You can book all the classes at the same time or, wait after you finish each class to book the next.
-If you want to book the next class after you finish the scheduled class, write to us on Whatsapp or email so we can send you the link for booking the next class.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
- Choose between Calendar A and Calendar B for Assesment, Single Class, Five Class Pack, or Ten Class Pack.
- Pick a date and time that works for you.
- Complete the payment process.
- You will receive a confirmation with a Zoom link for your class.
Calendar A and Calendar B offer different available time slots. You can click the “Calendar A” and “Calendar B” buttons to view the respective schedules and choose the one that suits your availability.
-If you book a “5 Class Pack” or a “10 Class Pack” you will pay the entire amount upfront.

You can book classes up to 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class without any issues.
Please note that cancellations made outside of this 24-hour period won’t be refunded.
